Dear Concerned Health Seeker,
Which is more accurate, "You are what you eat", or, "You are what you absorb"?
It is...."You are what you absorb." and here's why:
Not all forms of calcium will be absorbed. It is recommended and important to understand that calcium MUST be delivered in a form readily absorbed by the body (Life Force Intl's Liquid Calcium Supplement, Osteoprocare, is the solution).
Calcium salts and carbonated calcium are two such forms that are not readily absorbed. Their absorption rate is only 10 to 45% (at best). While these products are effective antacids, they are not a good and reliable source of calcium.
The reality is that women, whose need for calcium is far greater than their male counterparts, often have not been told how crucial calcium is during EVERY stage of their lives. However, that is not to diminish the crucial role calcium plays in men's health as well as boys.
Unfortunately, many women and girls have NOT taken vital preventative nutritional measures in preventing Osteoporosis (According to the World Health Organization, Osteoporosis in most cases is preventable!). More...
It has mpacted me so much (actually it scared me!) that I wanted to share it with you.
The scan was only altered to fade in the words "OsteoProcare can help".

Delina,
I like your site. Very informative and gives people all the good information they need to know. I like the Osteoprocare so much because it gives me a good restful nights sleep which I haven't had ever since I went into perimenopause- yahoo!!
I even noticed a difference right away with the Life Force supplement .vs. vitamin pills. Yes, you can put me on the auto ship...
Have a good night.
Dana :)
